Abstract: Abstract:This study focused on the design and implementation of digital teacher professional growth course, and used ¡§immediate learning of online course offering¡¨ workshop as an example to explore the design of the teachers¡¦ professional growth course in e-society. The study was practiced with the teachers in junior high schools, and aimed to allow the teachers¡¦ information to involve in knowledge and help them learning the skills and practices of online course offered, in order to carry out diverse teaching. The study also guided the teachers to recognize the idea and practice of online course offered through online courses, face-to-face instruction of k12 digital school, and school exchange and interaction, in order to construct online courses. After implementation, this study found that 63% of the members in workshop suggested that the growth course is helpful for teaching and resource searching; 75% of them suggested that they are willing to offer online c!
ourses; 88% of them indicated that online teaching is helpful for the students; almost all of them agreed that online course is helpful for the teachers and the communication between the teachers and students. Finally, this study proposed the related plans and planning of growth courses according to the design and implementation result of teacher professional growth course, and provided suggestions with regard to the results and operational promotion.
