Abstract: Abstract: Recent years, the network organization is just virtual organizational type in the future in the mind of experts and scholars. However, under the environment of information technology innovation and to cope with the enterprise competition in the 21 century, a new organizational type, network organization is generated. The purposes of this research are creating the network organizational model of reputation in Taiwan. We use the correlation analysis, regression analysis to analyze the relationship between independent variables and dependent variable to complete the IT toward support the network organization model. Then, we analyzed and compared our network organization model with the other models. In the future, the findings and management implication of this research results can provide the enterprises reference to create the proper network organization to enhance the enterprises performance and competitive advantages.
