Abstract: Data mining algorithms extracts huge number of patterns.So extracting interesting patterns is one of the issues of data mining. In order to mine interesting patterns according to user's interest at particular time a new technique is proposed. First, data is modeled using goal programming and then an algorithm is proposed. The data mining model is tested and trained on various data sets. Results show e±ciency of our technique. Philosophical foundation of this proposed frame wrok is also argued.
