Abstract: One writes example sequences of sentences so that one sequence solves an instance of a problem, and writes how each example runs on a computer. For instance, the one writes a sentence gFrom 1 to 10, repeat Bodyh, and also writes how the sentence Body repeats its execution on the computer. Then the one gives them to a program, pI, and lets the initial program generalize how the example sequences run and generate a procedure, pg. When the program, pI, gets a new example sequence to solve a new instance of the problem, the program, pI, executes the procedure, pG. For instance, the one writes a sentence gFrom 5 to 8, repeat Bodyh, and then the procedure, pG, repeats the sentence Body four times. As a result of generating a procedure, pG, the program, pI, acquires implicitly rules of a grammar that produce sentences. Since the generated procedures, pGfs, describe how to execute sentences of conditional branches, varying number of repetitions, and varying depth of r!
ecursive calls, this paper argues our program, pI, acquires a grammar of a language that is equivalent to that used in a conventional programming language.

We received an email from dr.leoboucard@gmail.com from an unknown conference organization (based in Canada or India) that claims collaboration with EUROPMENT.

The Spam message of this fake and bogus organization says that extended version of the best papers in this bogus conference will be published in EUROPMENT Journals and EUROPMENT Books.

EUROPMENT does not have any relation with these Fake Conferences in Canada and India.

This bogus organization uses the name and logo of EUROPMENT without any permission. Its advertizing practices are predatory and mock and bogus and fake.

Some papers published in this fake conferences' organization have lifted from EUROPMENT (www.europment.org) without permission. These papers are republished in this site without the permission of EUROPMENT and without the permission of their authors. EUROPMENT has already sent emails to these authors, these victims of the other fake EUROPMENT web site.

At the moment, there is no any EUROPMENT conference in Canada nor in India. So, if you receive any Call For Papers for a EUROPMENT Conference in Canada or India, forward this email (with the headers) to us: info@europment.org, report it to your university and inform us about any other plagiarizing activity.

The owner of the bogus and fake misguiding and misleading web site is some Leo Bouchard

For 2014, 2015 etc, the only genuine and real EUROPMENT conferences are the conferences that EUROPMENT presents in our official web site: www.europment.org
