Abstract: ABSTRACT:-Categorizing and selecting creative employees is of key importance in today's high-pace business environment. Yet, little is known about how assessors in organizational settings evaluate the creative potential of candidates. In this paper we review the extant literature on individual and team creativity in order to identify criteria (cues) against which job candidates' creativity could be assessed. This paper explains the role of creativity in business and its impact on the organization. It tells the type if employees which act as creativity setters in an organization." Creativity is thought to be the ability of the human mind to bring into existence something that was not previously thought or known. The imagination is powerful and can change the course of history in a profound way.
