Abstract: Art education can be considered as "phenomenon" from the different points of view. In given article we will address to a question of formation of the value-guided person. Art education forms the person of a concrete society, simultaneously being sphere of formation of "eternal values" and "eternal senses" and in this sense it is sphere of formation "the Person moral or moral" (Homo moralist). The phenomenon of art education consists that only it in a condition to change negative tendencies in spiritual, moral sphere of all mankind to help both to the concrete person, and mankind with searches of sense of human life, to give progressive vital reference points and to specify criteria irreversible moral change in the worse side the person and mankind.
