Abstract: -Radiotherapy dosage efficiency through the concept of theory of stretching out the time: "By increasing the square of the ratio of the activity of the used isotope to the rate of growth of the tumor, the moment efficiency of the used radiotherapy dosage can be increased and vice versa." 2-The deadline time to check efficiency of the immunotherapy treatment determined when activities of the tumor and the immunotherapy are equal. 3-Determination of the activity of the used immunotherapy dose by three different methods, depends on half-life time of the isotope and time specified for the radioactive users to avoid the radiation detectors as well as tumor doubling time
