Abstract: Individual¡¦s behavior on privacy protecting is affected by not only the personal psychological factors, but also the external influences. However, the latter was always ignored in previous researches. For investigating how the external as well as internal factors simultaneously affect one¡¦s privacy concern on privacy protection and restrain related behavior, this study applies perceived behavior control to modifying previous privacy model. And a hypothesized model is proposed to interpret how the related factors influenced individual¡¦s behavior on privacy-protecting. The result of this study also indicated the significant relationships between personal privacy perception and perceived behavioral control.
