Abstract: The evolution of the report needs - resources emphasises the contradiction between the more and more social needs and the natural resources, relatively limited, between the frame and the given planetary space. The dynamics of the contradiction depends on the level of the production factors drawn, level capable to ensure the more or less optimal satisfaction of the consumption needs. The needs for natural resources and for the maintenance of a healthy natural environment must be correlated with the exploitable known reserves, and as a perspective with the probable ones. Starting from the five factors that influence each other in the process of development - the population, the natural resources, the natural environment, the agricultural production, the industrial production and the pollution - the new strategies of the sustainable development aim at finding the adequate criteria to optimise the resources - needs report, as well as the necessary means to achieve this!
purpose. The economic environment of the future, through the inputs and outputs, must be in a dynamic compatibility with the rural environment, but also with the present and future needs and interests of the generations that evolve and succeed.
