Abstract: By comparing the solution $u(x,t)$ of the doubly degenerate parabolic equation $$ u_{t}=\text{div}(\mid Du^{m}\mid^{p-2}Du^{m})-u^{q_{1}}\mid\nabla u^{m}\mid^{p_{1}} $$ with the Barenblatt type solution of the equation $$ u_{t}=\text{div}(\mid Du^{m}\mid^{p-2}Du^{m}), $$ the large time asymptotic behaviors of $u(x,t)$ are got. Here the exponents $m$, $p$, $p_{1}$ and $q_{1}$ satisfy $p>p_{1}$, $p>1, m>1$, $q_{1}+p_{1}m>m(p-1)>1$.
