Abstract: Bayesian estimates for Weibull distribution, under several known loss functions, with different scale parameters and respectively. The commonly used frequents approaches such as the maximum likelihood estimates (MLE), which is to substitute a point estimate of the unknown parameter into the predictive distribution, are reviewed. We have examined Bayes estimates under various losses such as the squared error and the LINEX loss. We show that Bayes estimate under the LINEX loss is more general, the risks are compared, and at the end of paper the numerical illustrations are studied.
