Abstract: Requirements prioritization (RP) is part of the Requirements Elicitation (RE) course of action where stakeholders set priorities for selected candidate requirements and specify which requirement to fulfill or implement. Binary Search Tree (BST) is one of the most well-known methods which help system stakeholders reduce conflicts during prioritizing the requirements. However, reducing conflicts is clearly subject to visualizing RP. A web-based groupware application, called Visualization Requirement Prioritization (VRP) is developed in this research to prioritize requirements using Zest technique to visualize the BST method by visualizing RP sessions. VRP system has been tested and evaluated at one international school in Malaysia, called International Modern Arabic School (IMAS) as real users. IMAS users were able to prioritize their requirements and felt satisfied with the system's available features.
