Abstract: Monitoring is implemented in compliance with a set of rules of law: land use planning, pollution control procedures, etc. The main role of monitoring is to highlight whether an objective function meets the requirements at the time of its approval. Monitoring program will be coordinated with measures to minimize applied during the project implementation, namely: to provide feedback on the environmental authorities and the authorities imposed a decision on efficiency measures, to identify the need for initiation and implementation of action before damage occurs irreversible environmental.
