Abstract: The effects of the time change of electric charge carriers concentration on electro-physical accounting for building of conductive channel have been studied. These effects were studied in dependence on position of carriers in coexistence with electric and magnetic field. The advantage of a described method is fact that allows determining oscillation frequency after breakdown that reached the tens of MHz in dependence on volume concentration of magnetite nanoparticles in magnetic fluids. The electro-physical processes, which appear at action of the DC electric field and constant magnetic field on MFs, were observed. These processes have influenced the electric breakdown in magnetic fluids. The especial attention was devoted to state in MFs before breakdown, during breakdown and post breakdown.
