Abstract: Abstractâ€"Process operation makes history data base of manipulates object variables. User can make different service databases model. Input data bases are linked with routines which realized heuristic algorithms and scenarios for customer satisfaction. The results are stored in a database for further use. In the process analysis and product planning simulation various models and conditions were included. This work illustrates network product system coordinating interface events with its functionality events.
