Abstract: This paper deals with the implementation and development of tools for analysis of the indicators to make decision in the epidemiology. We introduced the tools of data warehouse and data mining to improve epidemiological knowledge of leishmaniasis in South of Morocco. In order to contribute in the planning for the prevention and control against leishmaniasis in Morocco, our investigations were care out in Marrakech city for sand fly collections. We develop system information to facilitate decision-making, access to information and data storage in the data warehouse. The concept of Data Mining is used to select, explore and to transform our epidemic data to prediction index
