Abstract: Abstract: - Sustainability is the overall Issue of recent century with multidimensional effect on environment and human life aspect from global to local. This paper in holistic view tries to review and find preference with relation to common problems between local and global. Global warming and green house gases concentration are not attached to a place but they are common between nations throughout the word. Human activities such as land use, forest, built environment are local and directly or indirectly influence these global issues. How can we find preferences between global and local? The activities that cause increasing green house gases are critical activities. Each movement leads to control on this activities is a key action with intensified effects. Local resources in developing country are limited for spending on current investment developing process and green house mitigation in same time. Kyoto protocol mechanism, reforestation, compact city form, energy!
efficiency, and green building are solutions to this challenge.
