Abstract: Quaternion was introduced by the Irish mathematician Hamilton(1850-1865) in 1843 . As it is expected , the main obstacle in the study of quaternion matrices is the non-commutation in multiplication of quaternion . Because of it is wide-ranging connection with many applied science , such as the quantum physics , geostatic , the figure and pattern recognition and the space telemetry and so forth , the research in quaternion algebra is valuable .The research of matrixes is continuously an important aspect of the quaternion division ring. The properties of self-conjugate matrix and skew self-conjugate matrix are discussed in this paper . The purpose of this paper is to study the properties of skew self-conjugate matrix on the quaternion field with the help of properties of self-conjugate matrix on the quaternion field.
