Abstract: In this paper, the mean square exponential stability of the periodic solution problems of stochastic Cohen-Grossberg-Type BAM neural networks with delays are investigated. By constructing suitable Lyapunov function and applying Itˆo formula, integral mean-value theorem , Poincar´e mapping, we give several sufficient conditions to guarantee the mean square exponential stability of the periodic solution problems of system. An illustrative example is also given in the end to show the effectiveness of our results.
