Abstract: The proposed paper considers a range-free localization protocols for wireless sensor network which analyzes the localization error in presence of obstacle. The range-free techniques are considered as better option in comparison to range-based techniques. In this proposed work, the mobile anchor node is assumed to have the information of their position where a simple interaction protocol is considered. The proposed enables the better optimization of the beacon signals in the presence of relay nodes by using the cooperation between normal sensor nodes and mobile anchor nodes simultaneously. An effect of presence of obstacle as well as transmission irregularity is considered to see the robustness of the algorithm for estimation the localization errors. Performance analysis is done in various scenarious and comparison with APIT, ROCRSSI, DV-Hop, and Amorphous techniques.
