Abstract: - This paper presents a parallel implementation of a new permutation generation method. The permutation generation method is based on starter sets generation and exploited it for listing all n! permutations. The sequential algorithm is developed and then implemented to a parallel algorithm by integrating with Message Passing Interface (MPI) libraries. Abstract: Paper delivers an elaboration of various approaches towards profit composition and its use and interpretation in financial analysis and business valuation. By focusing on the mutually incompatible needs of different stakeholders we try to prove that a comparison of performance indicators based on financial statements derived from the framework of US GAAP, IFRS or Czech national regulation is misleading. On an example of the category of profit called EBIT which is a widely used performance criteria in mainstream Anglo-Saxon text books on corporate finance, financial analysis or business valuation, we explain that whereas the „real EBIT" is based on the cost structure defined by function, the „Czech EBIT" derived from an income statement based on cost structure defined by nature are not compatible in terms of their interpretation. In the end we conclude the main issues users and authors of financial analysis have to face by trying to apply „Czech EBIT" in various mai!
nstream models of financial analysis and business valuation.

Abstract: Digital Image Processing (DIP) is a multidisciplinary science that borrows principles from diverse fields such as optics, surface physics, visual psychophysics, computer science and mathematics. Some of image processing applications can be finding in: astronomy, ultrasonic imaging, remote sensing, video communications and microscopy. Face detection/recognition has attracted much attention and its research has rapidly increased in many potential applications in computer, communication and automatic access control system. Furthermore, face detection as a first step is an important part of face recognition. Since the image has lots of variations in appearance, face detection is not straightforward, such as pose variation, occlusion, image orientation, illuminating condition and others. The full face detection and gender recognition system is made up of a series of connected components. There are much software that can facilitate the detection process such as: Matla!
b, Labview, C# and others. In this paper we propose a fast algorithm for detecting human faces in color images using HSV color model without sacrificing the speed of detection. The proposed algorithm has been tested on various real images and its performance is found to be quite satisfactory.

Abstract: This paper investigates the specimen size influence on bending strength of microstructures cantilever beams. The vertical bending deflection of microfabricated polysilicon beams was evaluated. Because the original data contain noise terms, the data should be processed via wavelets analysis. The experiment results takes into account the effect of device geometry and elastic properties of the specimens, and agrees well with the results obtained by the theoretical line model for small deflection. The vertical deflection increases with increase in the beam length for a fixed beam width and thickness, decreases with increase in the beam width for a fixed beam length and thickness. And when vertical deflections of specimens are about less than 800nm, the relationship of force and deflection are linear. For larger displacements, non-linear terms will appear in the force-displacement relationship. On the other hand, we used autoregressive models and genetic ARMA mode!
l to fit a set of sensor data. Fitting results show following conclusions. In the case of fitting model to determine, the regression model gets only a fitting curve. And yet genetic ARMA model of can get different the fitting parameters by adjusting the parameters of genetic algorithm, which provides an effective method according to different accuracy fitting curve

Abstract: Every organization needs support of an information system (accordingly support of IT applications), while companies often choose to outsource these IT applications. Outsourcing of IT applications enables companies fully focus on core business activities (products in production sphere, services of public administration institutions), but it also requires specific rules and processes mainly when the change of the system is necessary. Change is driven by improvement of the process, when the company reflects internal and external influences and regulations. Changes in processes create requirements on data and operations with the data, so that the IT environment will fully support the future state. Projects support a big change of systems. Though small changes are more often, they are also crucial for the business. Unexpected and urgent changes cannot be processed by normal projects, because of their difficult and long-term planning. Company could not react fast enough !
and would not be as competitive as it would be necessary. The institutions (and their customers) need data from 'classical' transactional systems and from geographic information systems (for spatial decision making). Requirements for changes of spatially oriented data are more frequent than requirements for changes in classical information systems. The reason is that technology conditions are developing, territories are changing, demands of users on spatial data are changing, etc. The given organization can also be a guarantor of information source for other users (for example citizens utilize public data within public administration, customers ask for information about quality of products within production sphere). That is why it is necessary to flexibly react on system changes, even under conditions of outsourcing of IT applications which process these data sources. System changes can be considered instances of system change process; therefore, it is appropriate to apply !

Abstract: This paper presents a novel unsupervised color texture segmentation based on Discrete Reduced Biquaternion Fourier Transform (DRBFT) and Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT). Reduced Biquaternions (RB), which are an extension of the complex numbers, are used to characterize the color information. Multi- Channel wavelet filtering is used to extract the texture information at various scales from the LUV color space. Each wavelet channel (subband) is represented by a commutative Reduced Biquaternion representation. These color and texture descriptors are merged in the frequency domain in order to reduce the time complexity of this convolution process. Amplitude features are computed from each color-texture channel. Every pixel in the image is described by a feature vector, formed by grouping the features of all the channels. Finally, SOM (Selforganizing Map) with adaptive learning rate is used to label the pixels. The major aim of this work is to identify the homogeneous !
regions in the natural image by combining the color and texture attributes in a multipart image descriptor. A comprehensive qualitative and quantitative performance evaluation has been carried out and the experimental results indicate that the proposed technique captures the color and texture characteristics perfectly when applied to complex natural images.

Abstract: In this paper, the kinematic analysis of constructed assistive robotic leg for rehabilitation of patients who encounter the neurological injury is presented. In order to design an efficient new mechanism, studies were carried out to distinguish the human architecture and dynamics. In the study, the motion of a healthy physical subject in walking situation of 1 km/h speed was recorded. Thereafter, a novel robotic leg mechanism was developed to produce similar motion. The robotic leg is driven by a single actuator to drive both the hip and the knee joints mechanism. In order to verify the robot motion with respect to human motion, kinematic analysis of all robot's joints and links are formulated and are simulated in MATLAB software. The results obtained from the kinematic analysis of the developed assistive robotic system show that its motion conforms to the motion and dynamics of a healthy human.

Abstract: This paper shows how to solve the recognition of ultrasound brain-stem images. Our work is based on PCA method that is very useful and known method for image processing. We will demonstrate a solving with C# application, Gnumeric spreadsheet as a standard solution. Also we will use an artificial neural networks (ANN) for this problem and we will compare a results. The ANN are generally very usable for image processing. It has been demonstrated with NeuroSolutions software that is very sophisticated simulator of ANN with PCA multilayer (ML) NN topology.

Abstract: In this paper, a piezoelectric micro robot is modelled and simulated based on hybrid fuzzy-based controller operating in a constrained environment (pipe). A mathematical model that represents the dynamic characteristics of micro robot is first presented. Then, the dynamic response of the robot system subjected to different input excitations is investigated. Different types of controllers are integrated into this system via a proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller, the sliding mode controller (SMC) and active force control (AFC) method which incorporates a fuzzy logic (FL) algorithm. The primary objective of the scheme is to ensure accurate trajectory tracking control of the micro robot system is achieved. The performance of the control system under different types of disturbances is evaluated through a rigorous simulation study. Abstract: A collection of independent computers called as distributed system that appears to its users as a single coherent system. This facility has been extended to provide enormous memory available at different geographic location in form of Distributed Parallel Storage System (DPSS). One important characteristic of Distributed Parallel Storage System is that the differences between the various computers and the ways in which they communicate are mostly hidden from users. Users and applications can interact with a distributed system in a consistent and uniform way regardless of where and when interaction takes place. In principle DPSS should be relatively easy to expand or scale. In parallel processing, a single computer uses more than one CPU to execute programs. Distributed processing over local-area networks (LANs) designed so that a single program can run simultaneously at various sites. Most distributed processing systems contain primitive software that detects idle !
CPUs on the network and parcels out programs to utilize them. A methodology has been developed for the performance of load distribution in DPSS to support several different types of data-intensive applications. The performance, use, and potential use of a scalable, high-performance, distributed-parallel data storage system have been elaborated in this paper. A collection of local area distributed disk servers operate in parallel to access large data sets. Operated primarily as a network-based system, the architecture supports cooperation among independently owned resources to provide fast, large-scale, on-demand storage to support data handling, simulation, and computation. DPSS is a network striped disk array, but it is unique in manner architecturally that it allows client application's complete freedom to determine optimal data layout, replication and/or coding redundancy strategy, security policy, and dynamic reconfiguration.

Abstract: One of the major problems associated with decision making in manufacturing enterprises are decisions about equipment replacement. The policy and rules here need the special conditions. The reason for this is to find such variables which would minimize the total incurred costs by planed time. Main principles are very differentiated and depend on the used production type. The paper concerns the equipments` replacement problem in manufacturing cells. There are proposed some econometric patterns focused on a multiple machine replacement problem in flexible manufacturing cells with several machines for parts&#8217; processing, and industrial robots for manipulation and transportation of manufactured products. At first, there show up models for a simple case of multiple machine replacement problems. Subsequently, there is taken into consideration the more complicated case with technological improvement parameters. At the end there is presented the usage of Matrix Struct!

Trajectory planning is to schedule the movement of a mobile robot along the planned path. Several approaches have been proposed to address the problem of motion planning of a mobile robot. If the environment is a known static terrain and it generates a path in advance it said to be off-line algorithm. It is said to be on-line if it is capable of producing a new path in response to environmental changes. Also, robots must learn during the navigation process, build a map representing the knowledge from sensors, update this one and use it for intelligently 3D planning and controlling the navigation. The simulation results display the ability of the neural networks based approach providing autonomous mobile robots with capability to intelligently navigate i!
n several environments.This paper presents an algorithm for three dimensional (3D) path planning to a target for mobile robot in unknown environment. A few path planning algorithms are described here followed by the aim work of research in detail. Our autonomous mobile robot is able to achieve these tasks: avoiding 3D obstacles, taking a suitable decision, and attending the target which are the main factors to be realized of autonomy requirements. Using our principle of set creation IP and the results of SET(2*n); the 3D algorithm returns the best response of any entering map parameters. The key idea is around the main line from the source to the destination and the mth obstacle causing the collision where they construct the 3D feasible path (a set of non linear segments) which is the neighbour of non linear safety size robot segments. The concept is explained in detail. The robot moves within the unknown 3D environment by sensing and avoiding the obstacles coming across !
its way towards the target. The proposed algorithm deals with 3D envir
onment complexity and finds the optimal feasible path.

Abstract: On-line monitoring of batch processes using multi-way independent component analysis has attracted much attention in both academia and industry. This paper focuses on two knotty issues concerning selecting dominant independent components without a standard criterion and determining the control limits of monitoring statistics in the presence of non-Gaussian distribution. To optimize the number of key independent components, we introduce a novel concept of system deviation which is able to evaluate the reconstructed observations with different independent components. Additionally, the monitored statistics are transformed to Gaussian distribution data by means of Box-Cox transformation, which helps readily determine the control limits. Finally, the proposed method is applied to on-line monitoring of a fed-batch penicillin fermentation simulator, giving rise to satisfied results.

Abstract: Intelligent Transportation Systems solutions require availability of the selectable range of wireless telecommunications services with guaranteed coverage and service quality. Even though publically available mobile wireless data services can usually offer acceptable service coverage and reasonable pricing, providers' portfolios mostly do not include guarantee of any data services quality. Private solutions can frequently guarantee relevant quality of provided service, however, such solutions are not typically ready for the wide area mobile coverage. Authors of this paper propose mobile solution alternative with more efficient quality as well as wide area coverage management based on the dynamical seamless handover of the best possible service from the set of just accessible different wireless alternatives. In contrary to the proposed standards ISO TC204, WG16.1 (CALM) or IEEE 802.21 based on the L2 switching and Policy-based Management (PBM) authors introduce alte!
rnative in category of the "intelligent" routing, i.e. solution based and implemented exclusively on the routing L3. Success of proposed solution is strongly dependent on efficient adaptive decisions processes which are managing selection of the best possible alternative between the available ones. Such approach has got remarkable advantage in relatively simple system integration based dominantly on the SW implementation with no or very limited additional requirements on mostly off shelf available hardware.

Abstract: Abstract£º- To identify T-S models, this paper presents a so-called ¡°subtractive fuzzy C-means clustering¡± approach, in which the results of subtractive clustering are applied to initialize clustering centers and the number of rules in order to perform adaptive clustering. This method not only regulates the division of fuzzy inference system input and output space and determines the relative member function parameters, but also overcomes the impacts of initial values on clustering performance. Additionally, the orthogonal least square algorithm is employed to identify the parameters of consequents and linearize the systems over every sample time, ultimately resulting in the entire T-S fuzzy models. With this approach available, a fuzzy model predictive control system is established, along with corresponding control algorithms derived, as well as control system simulations carried out which explicitly demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract: This work seeks to explore the ties between certain aspects of government indebtedness in various countries (and the indebtedness of public budgets at large) and indebtedness of families in modern developed economies. Despite the differences between national economies that modern states shape to their liking and the situation of families in developed countries that are coerced to act within the limits outlined by the legal framework imposed by governments, a number of similar behavioural patterns may be identified between the two groups. A substantial amount of evidence exists that proves the thesis that a change in the behaviour of modern families stems out of not just the increased focus of banks on retail clients but also of the idea of indebtedness as an acceptable and natural model of behaviour, with the modern states leading by their example. The correlation analysis based debt ratios of selected countries and their families were made. A strong dependence was!
found between the evolution of government debt and their families in Hungary and the Czech Republic. No evidence of significant correlation between changes in the debt ratio of families and government debt was found in case of Euro area (16 countries).

One of the highest data rate wires is the fiber optics, however , we have many problems which occurs to our data through the transmission, one of the most familiar problems is the group delay, by which the bits disperse while transmitted, this dispersion decreases the allowable data rate. Our autonomous mobile robot is able to achieve these tasks: avoiding 3D obstacles, taking a suitable decision, and attending the target which are the main factors to be realized of autonomy requirements. Using our principle of set creation IP and the results of SET(2*n); the 3D algorithm returns the best response of any entering map parameters. The key idea is around the main line from the source to the destination and the mth obstacle causing the collision where they construct the 3D feasible path (a set of non linear segments) which is the neighbour of non linear safety size robot segments. The concept is explained in detail. The robot moves within the unknown 3D environment by sensing and avoiding the obstacles coming across it!

Abstract: The new trends in robotics research have a general goal of developing personal and professional service robots that presupposes the robots operation in an unstructured environment. In this case one of the key problems is the problem of constructing in real time the model of dynamic robot surroundings using sensors data processing. Different sensors are differed markedly between each other by the price and by their technical characteristics such as accuracy of measurements, spatial resolution, speed of measurements and time of data processing. The more information about surroundings it is possible to get, the more expensive and time consuming is the sensor. To solve existing basic contradictions, we suggest to use a combination of various ways, both traditional - working out of more perfect and inexpensive sensors and data processing means, and no conventional - such which, at first sight, can seem not concerning a considered problem. ic stereo system on the base of commercial cameras and the simplified control system of a choice of the calibrated focal length of monocameras can serve as an example of the traditional way. Collaborative processing of various data, visual and non-visual, and information infrastructure of robot environment relate to the no conventional ways. Proposed collaborative sensors data processing is used to cut down analyzed space of scene by directed selection of the area of interest and to replace the pattern recognition problem solving by the verification of the state of known scene. As more often used sensors do not manage to be synchronized, the scheme of sensors data labeling by the measurement instants is offered. Designing the robot environment information infrastructure, we follow the practice of human being in creation of the information infrastructures to provide his safe existence. We propose visual information landmarks that can be easily recognized by the mono- and ste!
reovision systems and permit them to define their 3D spatial position
with respect to landmark coordinate system. It allows us to realize an environment model representation as a hybrid of topological and metrical maps.

Abstract: Mercury (Hg) contamination in aquatic environment is of immense hazardous problem posing serious risk of bioaccumulation and biomagnification in organism. In order to prevent the Hg contamination, the present investigation was aimed at characterizing the aqueous Hg adsorption capacity of clay based ceramic (C-ceramic) developed by simple heat activation method for applying as an adsorbent media. To characterize the optimum process parameters influencing the adsorption process, the Hg adsorption studies of C-ceramic were carried out by batch operation method with the function of solution initial pH, contact time, C-ceramic doses and initial Hg concentration. The results obtained from different adsorption experiments were analyzed for adsorption isotherm studies. C-ceramic exhibited the equilibrium state of maximum Hg adsorption at 120 min contact period. The adsorption of Hg was largely increased with increasing initial pH and optimum adsorption was found at pH ~9.0!
3. The Hg adsorption capacity showed a decreasing trend with increasing dose of C-ceramic, whereas a reverse response of adsorption capacity was pronounced with increasing initial Hg concentration. Adsorption data was well described by the Langmuir and the Freundlich isotherm models. Results demonstrated the adsorption capacity of C-ceramic was ~445 ìg/g. From the viewpoints of economical feasibility, availability of ceramic, and simple preparation method, therefore, it can be concluded that C-ceramic might be a low-cost and environmentally sound adsorbent for the treatment of Hg contaminated effluents.

Abstract: A natural language processing framework called TextProc is described in this paper. First the frameworks software architecture is described. The architecture is made of several parts and all of them are described in detail. Natural language processing capabilities are implemented as software plug-ins. Plug-ins can be put together into processes that perform a practical natural processing function. Several practical TextProc processes are briefly described, like part-of-speech tagging, named entity tagging and others. One of those is capable to perform plagiarism detection on texts in Slovenian language, which is explained in detail. This process is actually used in digital library of University of Maribor. The integration of digital library with TextProc is also briefly described. At the end of this paper some ideas for future development are given.

Abstract: Economic dispatch (ED) is one of the most important optimization problems in a power system. The objective of ED is that the sharing of power demand among the online generators keeping minimum cost of generation as a constraint. It determines the optimal settings of generator units with predicted load demand over certain period of time. The aim of the thesis is to operate an electric power system most economically within its security limits. It is known that the security limit of any generator lies between its minimum and maximum power generation capacity. This thesis mainly focuses on minimizing the total fuel cost of all generators of the power system. This thesis proposes the following two new PSO algorithms to solve non convex economic dispatch problem. • A Efficient Particle swarm optimization is termed as EPSO • A Hybrid of Evolutionary Programming (EP) and Efficient particle swarm optimization (EPSO) is termed as EP-EPSO Since ED is introduced, sever!
al methods are being used to solve these problems. However, all these methods cannot provide an optimal solution because they are trapped at some local optimum. The stochastic optimization techniques such as EPSO and EP have got the advantages of good convergent property. A significant speed up can be obtained by the hybrid of this algorithm. In traditional ED, the cost function of each generator is approximately represented as a simple quadratic equation and it is solved by using mathematical programming, which is based on several optimization techniques such as dynamic programming, linear programming and lambda iteration method. However, all these methods cannot provide an optimal solution because they get trapped at any one of the local optima and hence there is a need for efficient optimization techniques. This thesis develops and applies hybrid algorithm, EP-EPSO to non-convex economic dispatch problems. In order to exploit the promising solution region, a simple local!
random search EP procedure is integrated with EPSO to form the propos
ed hybrid algorithm. The implementation of this hybrid method EP-EPSO for ED problem is explained in detail. The proposed techniques are tested on standard test systems available in the literature. The performance of proposed EPSO and EP-EPSO are compared with i) PSO ii) GA iii) SA iv) MPSO v) GA-SA vi) PSO-SQP vii) EP-SQP viii) DEC-SQP ix) PSO-LRS and x) NPSO-LRS It is observed that the EP-EPSO has higher convergence rate, advanced quality and better optimal cost when compared to the other techniques. Abstract: This paper deals with the approximate worst-case test method for testing the insertion loss of the EMI filters. The systems with 0.1 &#937; and 100 &#937; and vice versa impedances are usually used for this testing. These measuring systems are required by the international CISPR 17 standard. The main disadvantage of this system is the 0.1 &#937; impedance transformer. The dynamic range for the transformation from the 50 &#937;, which is most common matched impedance for the measurement setups, to 0.1 &#937; is very large. It is not easy to produce such transformers with this high impedance transformation ratio. These transformers have usually very narrow bandwidth and require the several of these transformers for one filter measurement. This paper discusses the alternative system with 1 &#937; and 100 &#937; impedances and also vice versa for the measuring the performance of the RFI filters. The modification itself was done according to the mathematical model for t!
he first estimation of the filters' performance and the optimal configuration with 1 &#937; and 100 &#937; impedances was chosen according the calculated results as the optimal compromise. The performance of this system was tested on several filters and the obtained data are depicted, too. The performance comparison of several filters in the asymmetrical and symmetrical systems is also included. The performance of alternate worst-case system is discussed in the conclusion.

Abstract: The paper presents basic notions of intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IF-sets) introduced by K.T. Atanassov. Further, we define a set of criteria for the selection and classification of public capital projects. The selection and classification process is realized by two approaches. Sanchez's approach is based on the max-min-max composition of IF-relations, while Li's approach consists in the optimization of IF-relations. The results show that IF-sets provide a good description of public capital projects by means of membership functions and non-membership functions since they enable processing of a great deal of uncertainty.

Abstract: The concept of regional innovation systems is discussed in this paper. They are understood as cooperation between companies and institutions in the development and dissemination of knowledge in innovation processes. Previous typologies of regional innovation systems are summarized in order to design a set of input variables characterizing regional innovation systems in Europe. These determinants include three broad categories: economy, R&D and education. Input data are analyzed by the model merging neural networks and cluster analysis algorithm with the aim of data dimensionality reduction and, moreover, the model makes it possible to visualize regional innovation systems in topological maps. The use of clustering quality index shows that there are nine categories (classes) of regional innovation systems in Europe. These categories have different employment structures.

Abstract: The objective of this work concerns the RNG k-&#949; modelling and mobilization experiments of loss of vacuum in small tanks for nuclear fusion safety applications. Activated dust mobilization during a Loss of Vacuum Accidents (LOVA) is one of the safety concerns for the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER). Intense thermal loads in fusion devices occur during plasma disruptions, Edge Localized Modes (ELM) and Vertical Displacement Events (VDE). They will result in macroscopic erosion of the plasma facing materials and consequent accumulation of activated dust into the ITER Vacuum Vessel (VV). These kind of events can cause the dust leakage outside the VV that represents a high radiological risk for the workers and the population. A small facility, Small Tank for Aerosol Removal and Dust (STARDUST), was set up at the ENEA Frascati laboratories to perform experiments concerning the dust mobilization in a volume with the initial condition similar !
to those existing in ITER VV. The aim of this work was to reproduce a low pressurization rate (300 Pa/s) LOVA event in a vacuum vessel due to a small air leakage for two different positions of the leak, at the equatorial port level and at the divertor port level, in order to evaluate the influence of obstacles and walls temperature on dust resuspension during both maintenance (MC) and accident conditions (AC) (Twalls=25°C MC, 110°C AC). The dusts used were • tungsten (W); • stainless steel 316 (SS316); • carbon (C). similar to those produced inside the vacuum chamber in a fusion reactor when the plasma facing materials vaporize due to the high energy deposition. A two-dimensional (2D) modelling of STARDUST was made with the CFD commercial code FLUENT, in order to get a preliminary overview of the fluid dynamics behaviour during a LOVA event and to justify the mobilization data. Besides a numerical model was developed to compare numerical results with experimental ones.

Abstract: The objective of this work concerns the RNG k-&#949; modelling and mobilization experiments of loss of vacuum in small tanks for nuclear fusion safety applications. Activated dust mobilization during a Loss of Vacuum Accidents (LOVA) is one of the safety concerns for the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER). Intense thermal loads in fusion devices occur during plasma disruptions, Edge Localized Modes (ELM) and Vertical Displacement Events (VDE). They will result in macroscopic erosion of the plasma facing materials and consequent accumulation of activated dust into the ITER Vacuum Vessel (VV). These kind of events can cause the dust leakage outside the VV that represents a high radiological risk for the workers and the population. A small facility, Small Tank for Aerosol Removal and Dust (STARDUST), was set up at the ENEA Frascati laboratories to perform experiments concerning the dust mobilization in a volume with the initial condition similar !
to those existing in ITER VV. The aim of this work was to reproduce a low pressurization rate (300 Pa/s) LOVA event in a vacuum vessel due to a small air leakage for two different positions of the leak, at the equatorial port level and at the divertor port level, in order to evaluate the influence of obstacles and walls temperature on dust resuspension during both maintenance (MC) and accident conditions (AC) (Twalls=25°C MC, 110°C AC). The dusts used were • tungsten (W); • stainless steel 316 (SS316); • carbon (C). similar to those produced inside the vacuum chamber in a fusion reactor when the plasma facing materials vaporize due to the high energy deposition. Abstract: In this paper one proposed to achieve an autonomous mobile robot to simulate movement in an unknown environment, for example, to move inside of a maze. One used some electronics and informatics solution to make possible the guidance of a mobile robot. With specialized documentation and follow some practical examples, we made the prototype model robot, which is an application with a didactical and scientific goal for the some didactical and research laboratories. Using hardware and software capabilities of the PIC16F877 microcontroller produced by Microchip, one realized the moving of the prototype robot and one can say that one can try to induce the desired movements. Also, one use the MikroPascal like a software program environment.

Abstract: In order to decrease the time and effort of the software development process and increase the quality of the software product significantly, software engineering required new technologies. Nowadays, most software engineering design is based on reuse of existing system or components. Also, it is become a main development approach for business and commercial systems. The concept of reusability is widely used in order to reduce cost, effort, and time of software development. Reusability also increases the productivity, maintainability, portability, and reliability of the software products. That is the reusable software components are evaluated several times in other systems before. The problems faced by software engineers is not lack of reuse, but lack of widespread, systematic reuse. They know how to do it, but they do it informally. Therefore, strong attention must be given to this concept. This study aims to propose a systematic framework considers the reusability!
through software life cycle from two sides, build-for-reuse and build-by-reuse. Furthermore, the repository of reusable software components is considered, and the evaluation criteria from both sides are proposed. Finally, an empirical validation is conducted by apply the developed framework on a case study.
