Abstract: Abstract— there is no doubt that the demand on a higher data bit rate has increased recently, so we need to withstand this large demand. One of the highest data rate wires is the fiber optics, however , we have many problems which occurs to our data through the transmission, one of the most familiar problems is the group delay, by which the bits disperse while transmitted, this dispersion decreases the allowable data rate. In this paper we will present a new method which decreases the group delay using a simple and a cheap devise, which is the delay element.
