Abstract: Abstract— Much of the body of knowledge and many areas of study comprising operations research deal with optimization, a generic term that connotes maximization or minimization. Typically, one thinks of examples from business or industry a manufacturing concern would like to choose from a set of investment alternatives so as to maximize expected return. In order to simulate a system it is the first necessary to construct an unit model of it. Formulation and building of the unit model of the system in perhaps the most unstructured, expensive, and less supported task in developing simulations. System for process optimization requires object function definition, constraints, and criteria. Integrated optimization with more independent variables and more object functions has some diffulcuties. An integrated method of the bioprocess optimization is developed in this paper.
Keywords: Keywords— Optimization, parameters data base, criteria, constrains, direct search, optimization structure.
