Abstract: Background: endocrine cancer in breast tissue by very common in women and highest among patients with other types of cancer this group is for. Taking patterns of touch (Tactile Sensing) by, for the diagnosis of breast mass, tactile sensor was designed. Tactile sensor sends received data to information processor after stimulation. This system can touch the surface and within the depth of information in the body to provide. In this project the function of mass-finder tactile device is compare with physical examination by specialist surgens and used ultrasound as a standard test. Methods: 55 persons were selected from ruled out of breast mass. First, physical examination was performed by surgeon manually, then examination done by Artificial Tactile Device and result registered in questionnaire. Results: Calculated indexs represent the advantage diagnostic mass detection device from physical examination by surgeon. However, in all age groups compared to machine accura!
cy of physical examination were more numerical superiority, but any significant difference means in terms of statistically (p> 0.05) Conclusion: Construction and development tools like touch instrument is effective help for early diagnosis of suspicious masses. In fact, patients using these devices can easily examined when appropriate time and midwife, nurse, or doctor homogeneous (female), and if necessary a specialist or method of more advanced imaging radiography to visit. Therefore the patients not feel comfortable reference to the male doctors can examined regularly.
