Abstract: New light theory include the principles for definitions of Newton and Huygens, such that it is stated that the light possesses a dual function; some phenomena like interference and diffraction indicate its wave function and others like photoelectric, compton phenomena,… can be explained with its particular function.[1] For light nature, Max Planck Photoelectric test and Albert Einstein observations indicate that light act as a quantized pockets (Photon) with their energy calculated by ε= hν.[2] Objective: However, what is the essence of the light and in turning energy of a specific form to the radiation form, how photons formed, are of questions need to be answered further. Our goal in this paper is answering to such discussed questions as well as more understanding the light nature; such that we can present a general hypothesis by which one can explain light properties such as time extension during the spontaneous process of forming photons and gravitati!
onal redshift. Methods: Considering the specific conditions of light (like existing time extension) in high speeds, we studied the difference between occurrence of a spontaneous process between regular speeds and light speeds. So we present a model accordingly prove the theorem and related hypothesis. Proving the hypothesis for justifying the gravitational redshift, probability theory of light will be proved. Conclusion: (1) The process of light formation has comprised from two stages, irreversible and equilibrium, during which, there are observed mass and energy survival rule. (2)In existing time extension in light speed, based on second law of thermodynamic, one have to accept this model for formation of photons. (3)The possibilities of any event succeed and photons formation is a complicated function of temperature. (4)Gravitational redshift is an event justified by assuming the Probability Theory of Light.
