Abstract: For a claw-free graph G, in 1988 Faudree et al. conjectured that if G is a 3-connected claw-free graph of order n and NC¡Ý(2n-6), then G is Hamiltonian graph. In this paper we consider the 2-connected graphs that is better than 3-connected graphs and prove that if G is a 2-connected claw-free graph of order n and NC¡Ý(2n-7), then G is Hamiltonian graph or G belongs to one of three specified families of well characterized graphs.
