Abstract: This work presents the simulation of a BPSK modulation using the Mat lab's Simulink program the steps taken to simulate the modulation and demodulation blocks. A simple BPSK system (transmitter, channel, and receiver) with carrier recovery system circuit used to estimate and compensate for frequency and phase differences between a received signal's carrier wave and the receiver's local oscillator for the purpose of coherent demodulation under additive Gaussian white noise (AWGN) using simulink matlab.
