Abstract: Term e-government is very broad and covers all activities leading to better communication among public administration offices and third parties (citizens, business and government itself). The main goal is to transform service delivery from personal to online. However, these e-government innovations are often delayed by legal, organizational and other obstacles. The first part of this paper is focused on a legislative support for a transfer of chosen services (agendas) of a community to e-form. The second part is about analysis and mapping of the process flow of these services. After that, evaluation and the description of problems which are connected with this transfer follow, according to project held the Municipal authorities in Jièín.
