Abstract: In this paper, we propose a case study to compare the learning difference on a Computer added Drafting (CAD) course between traditional learning and e-learning. The learning materials for the e-learning were designed in Shareable Contents Object Reference Model (SCORM) standard. Seventy-four students from a vocational high school in Taiwan attended the experiment. These students were divided into two groups: the control group and the treatment group. The control group was provided with traditional learning in a regular classroom. The treatment group utilized an e-learning platform to conduct learning activities. The experimental results show that the learning performance between the traditional learning and the e-learning on CAD course is not different. Finally, a survey was also conducted to realize the users¡¦ satisfaction of using the e-learning course.
