Abstract: An innovation of the methodologies of the graduate and postgraduate education and scientific investigation is intended to improve the most habitual educational methodologies such as the inner learning, e-learning, and b-learning, not to substitute them for another one. The Intelligent Robotics is selected as a field of this innovation as the interdisciplinary field of the synergetic integration of different disciplines such as computer science, artificial intelligence, electronics, control, and mechanics among others. This integration corresponds to the nature of goal directed functioning an intelligent system that presupposes the cooperation between different subsystems such as user-robot dialog supporting, sensor data analysis and robot and its environment state verification, safe trajectory self planning, and movement control. The main idea of the educational methodologies improvement is to provide to anyone who is interested relevant conditions for trainin!
g and research activity in diverse areas of science and technology independently on the educational methodology used. It can be realized by creating the advanced interdisciplinary experimental base and by providing free access to it. Proposed innovation permits to overcome the restrictions caused by the high cost of the last generation physical intelligent robots, by the inability of for more than one user to experiment simultaneously with one physical robot, and by the slow traffic of Internet.
