Abstract: Economic demonstration in the district is a very important aspect in economic research in the district. The economy of Zhejiang Province has been developing quickly after the reforming and opening-up policy, having a good demonstration function, Heilongjiang province also has a lot of advantages and opportunities in the process of economic development, it is very meaningful to draw lessons from experiences in Zhejiang and develop its own economy. This text mainly analyzed the development mode of economy in Zhejiang province, then further analyzed the conditions of economic development in Zhejiang province, analyzed the conditions of further economic development in Heilongjiang province, put forward several suggestions and strategies on making use of Zhejiang experience to develop Heilongjiang.
