Abstract: Business strategy is the output of company's strategic management process which determines a strategic orientation, i.e. main directions and principles of development and operation. Company's strategic objectives that must correspond with a mission and contribute to vision achievement are stated within a business strategy. From the point of view of strategic management, business strategy is a factor which significantly influences the successfulness of its introduction. In case of incorrectly set up business strategy, it is not possible to expect any contributions from mobile technologies introduction. Mobile technologies should be focused on business strategy support and its activities should come out of it. An exploration of the current state of development of mobile information and communication technologies, as well as the opportunities they offer for massive deployment in the field of information support of businesses and their internal processes.
