Abstract: In this paper, an approach for locating lost or stolen laptop is presented. The designed program is stored on an internal chip inside the laptop and designed to work auto run like antivirus. Furthermore, it is hidden from all users. In addition, it makes thieves do not feel that there is something wrong. In addition, when the thief (or the person who finds the laptop) uses the laptop and connects to it Internet, the program automatically requests the designed web site (on which the user previously registered with his laptop information). Then the IP which is used by the laptop is detected and its Internet service provider (ISP) is achieved. Moreover, in case of laptop theft, the important files are uploaded to the designed web site so that the client can download them later. This is done when the laptop is connected to Internet. The client also has the possibility to delete his important files from the hard disk of the laptop. All of the design details and consider!
