Abstract: This study provides understanding of the learning organization concept, as well as a reference for teaching with the performance of teaching mode based on the application of Information and Communications Technology. With the development of networks, the learning activities of the organizations may continue without the limitations of time, distance and boundaries (Stephen £¦ David, 2004).The concept of learning organization is of great significance for the teaching. We conduct the study to research the learning organization concept, and provide reference for teaching with the performance of teaching mode based on information technology in applications. It is an empirical study dividing the subjects into the traditional teaching group and learning organization teaching group. The teaching structures of the planned learning organization focus on achieving common goals with the five requirements strategically combined with information and communications technology. In!
this case, we collect data using learning attitude measurement, learning achievement assessment etc., and interviewing the teachers and students involved in the research. We study and analyze the performance of such teaching activities and the likely challenges based on the data obtained through the interaction among the students. The study results show that the learning attitude of the natural science among the learning organization teaching group is better than that of the traditional teaching group with the learning organization teaching group obtaining far better learning achievements than those of the traditional teaching group. Finally the study makes concrete and practical recommendations on how the teachers implement the learning organization teaching mode as well as how the subsequent researchers can further study the topic.
