Abstract: This article deals with the problem of the calculation of the non stationary flows in the irrigation canals with automatic regulation of water distribution. Taking into account the complexity of the mathematical model characterizing this problem and requiring the intervention of a great number of fields and competences in areas which gather at the same time the fluid mechanics and hydraulics engineers, the analysis is limited to the phenomenon of transfer of these flows through these networks and to the production of a detailed algorithm of the related systems of equation .
