Abstract: Abstract— This paper focuses on the modified design and implementations of Current Reuse (Single ended and Differential mode) CMOS Low noise amplifiers comprising voltage shunt inductive feed back cells targeted for wireless sensor network applications. Key issues in wireless sensor network receivers are discussed and the existing circuit level implementations of Low noise amplifiers are compared. Emphasis was placed on observing device reliability constraints at low power to maximize the life time of the wireless sensor nodes. The proposed single ended LNA can operate at 2.4GHz and dissipates a power of 125µw from a 1V supply. It gives a Noise figure of 1.55B at 13.98 dB gain. The differential LNA consumes a power of 200µw and gives an IIP3 of 0.7 dBm at 2.4 GHz frequency.
