Abstract: The necessity of modeling lies in the nature of technology and its advancement. The modeling minimizes time and cost of the process involved. The mathematical model provides an insight into the behavior of the physical system that reduces the problem to its essential characteristics. The floating admittance matrix (FAM) approach is an elegant method of mathematical modeling of electronic devices and circuits.
