Abstract: In practice, due to various over-the loss of pregnancy considered by designers as a security measure, the pump provides a flow chosen much higher than calculated. The paper presents the effect on the GHGs emission combined with the economic effects of a new pumping system method of automatic mixing of hot and cold water circulated with variable speed driving pumps and adjustable vanes. Considering the potential economic and environmental effects combined with the social one, The heating systems represent a sensitive sector of the energy consumers' basket, strengthen by the unpredictable primary energy price fluctuation, the recent financial crisis and the population expectations.
