Abstract: This paper develops two distinct systems in terms of their use: the classic centralized access control in a building (or building complex) based on a card and the proposed system of development for applications based on PIC 16F628 microcontroller. These systems are studied in terms of advantages and disadvantages involved in using them. In the second part of the paper shows how to implement video-tracking device used to access a building.
