Abstract: The technology product gradually had development mature. The enterprise have thought increasingly competitive advantaged and creative more value. Through the wireless transfer and the mobile device can be improve management process and promote efficiency of employee work. However, there are influence factors of knowledge transfer to implement quality between source edge and receiver edge. Therefore, the study has to explore these influence factors from interview and literature data on case. The following conclusions can be reached from the research findings: (1)DSC Company have more experience of term, project management, execute ability to get good the knowledge transfer mechanism. (2)C Company has support from high level managers and cross department term, but not including business goal. (3)They have good interaction relation and communication space to get high implementation quality. Results of this study provide a valuable reference for the manufacture industr!
