Abstract: With the gradual blooming of robotics education, there is a strong need for learners, educators and researchers to have evaluation indicators and a well developed scale for evaluating multimedia instructional material of robotics, yet few efforts were engaged in this area so far. Therefore, in this study the researchers describe the developmental process of a scale for multimedia instructional material of robotics with a set of evaluation indicators. The researchers applied Delphi technique and invited 2 robotics teachers and 4 experts of multimedia instructional material designer and 4 users of robotics multimedia instructional material to develop the scale. The well developed scale included 40 evaluative indicators can be classified into 4 factors that are motivation, design, content, and feasibility.
