Abstract: The mobile integrated sales management (MISM) tool is a road-map, leading the end users through the complex financial solution cycle, determining the best route and enabling full transition to a financial solution. Some of the complexities encountered in MISM, however, are because of the conventional approach used in software development. This study presents a Mobile Financial Application system (MFAS) which implements Pocket PC (PPC) to apply component-based development (CBD): it presents a unique approach to developing software in that it reuses completed components instead of developing everything from the very beginning. This research paper describes how to make use of CBD by adopting a multi-tiered design and suggests how Human Computer Interaction (HCI) approach can be used to develop MFAS for the interface. The research approach helps the user by automating data collection processes, analysis calculations and customer management as much as possible, as well !
as improving data storage for historical analysis purposes. The results present a multi-tiered architecture for MFAS and a MFAS system that shows how the modules or packages in MFAS are separately divided according to their functionality.
