Abstract: In this work, the forbidden states controller for the Petri nets model is considered to be implement using ladder digram. An method is developed to transfer the control information to the programmable logic controller (PLC). The ladder diagram, which is a schematic programming for PLC, is used to implement the designed controller. Finally, the developed ladder diagram, called the controlled ladder diagram, guarantees the unreachability of any forbidden state.
