Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze characteristics of learning environments to explore the student's satisfaction level. Questionnaire instrument was used to explore the relationship between the variables such as Student satisfaction (dependent variable) and the following predictor variables: Course work, teaching methods, Learning resources, Learning environment, Informal association, Work assessment. Study finds that student satisfaction in English language course positively affected by all independent variables that are described above. Results confirm by using linier regression in SPSS (14.0).survey technique was used and data collected from different universities situated in the capital of Pakistan. Sample size was limited and only considers Pakistan's capital as a sample. Results will be helpful for academic institutions and also for the students.
