Abstract: In this paper, we will try to construct the travelling wave solutions of the BBM equation with any order by using a generalized (G'/G)-expansion method. The BBM equation is reduced to a nonlinear ordinary differential equations (ODE) by using a simple transformation. As a result, the traveling wave solutions of the BBM equation are expressed in three forms: hyperbolic function solutions, trigonometric function solutions and rational solutions.
