Abstract: This paper is part of the research conducting by the researcher on the adaptation of SBRS (Sustainable Building Rating System) for Malaysian Buildings. Indicators of sustainability are necessary for determining how well buildings perform against environment, social, socio-cultural and economic criteria on regional, national and global scales.The primary role of an environmental building assessment method is to provide a comprehensive assessment of the environmental characteristics of a building using a common and verifiable set of criteria and targets for building owners, designers and authorities to achieve higher environmental standards (Kibert, 2005, Ding, 2007). This paper, report the experience of conducting assessment of selected SBRS (Green Mark and SBTool) on the LEO building. arison. Expert review on the assessment are carried out to validate the result.
