Abstract: In this paper it is explained how a faulty fabric image is processed through a microcontroller. If there is any fault how it is identified through this ATMEL microcontroller by the circuit operation. For programming the controller Atmel program is used. In addition to that a stepper motor is connected in the output. This motor operates if there is no fault and fails if the fault is identified. This can be implemented in states like Tamilnadu so that the textile field's income may be increased in an enormous way which in turn raises the country's income[7].
