Abstract: Abstract. In this paper a economic system which consists of operation and goal parameters was built. In the world mostly systems are used which solving structural problems, and they use retrospective view. These systems are used data from data base and directed to goal, but they have not view in front of and ability for unstructured problems solving. The new modelling method can be successfully used, and in the domain in which significant data and processes can not be specified, it is behavior of unrepeatable systems. Intelligent modelling method was provided. The model was derived for economic analysis of a market place. Computer simulation of the market place state was illustrated.
