Abstract: The ever increasing number of vehicles in most metropolitan cities around the world and the limitation in altering the transportation infrastructure, led to serious traffic congestion and an increase in traveling time. A computerized system monitors the traffic flows and can color code the flow of traffic. With help of these codes, travelers can alter their routes accordingly.
